SHIPPING POLICY

We pack orders Monday–Saturday with our shipping couriers picking up orders Monday through to Friday AEST and delivering to you 7 days of the week.

If you're experiencing a shipping delay, we recommend you check your email (including spam) for any communications from the courier. Alternatively, contact us here and include your order number or tracking number.

 

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & RATES

AUSTRALIA

We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

  • FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING — Orders over $130 AUD (1–4 business days from dispatch; up to 5 business days for remote areas which are generally identified as 1.5hrs from a city)

  • $12.00 AUD EXPRESS SHIPPING (1–4 business days from dispatch; up to 5 business days for remote areas which are generally identified as 1.5hrs from a city)— Orders under $130 AUD

  • $8.00 AUD STANDARD SHIPPING (2-10 business days for metro locations and 10-14 business days for remote locations which can be identified as generally being 1.5hrs from a city; from dispatch) — Orders under $130 AUD

  • Returns AUSTRALIA: Each order placed that is over $130 AUD in BUTR & MILK goods will receive 1 complimentary doorstep pickup for a return or exchange (original packaging, access to a printer and tape are required). 

    If an exchange is made and you (the consumer) wish to make further exchanges or request a refund, the return shipping fees must be paid by you (the consumer) - further details here.

  • $15.00 AUD EXPRESS SHIPPING (1–8 business days* from dispatch) - Orders under $150.00 AUD.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Dispatch time: 2-12 hours from order placement Monday to Friday. All orders placed over the weekend will be packed and dispatched on Monday. Dispatch refers to the packing and preparation of your items for the courier.

Delivery estimates begin from when you receive your shipping confirmation email (not the order time). Generally, all orders will be picked up by our couriers the same day if your order is placed before 7am Monday to Friday or the following day if placed after 7am Monday to Friday. If you place your order over the weekend, our couriers will pick it up Monday morning.

Please allow extra time during:

  • Sale periods

  • Collection launches

  • Public holidays or seasonal celebrations (eg: Christmas)

  • Customs clearance or processing

  • Shipping to non-metro or remote locations

  • Global disruptions (e.g. pandemics, weather)

LAUNCH & SALES SHIPPING

During collection launches and promotional sales, please allow extra time for dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during these times.

DUTIES & TAXES

BUTR & MILK does not cover any duties, VAT, or import taxes. These may be charged upon your order entering your country. Please check with your local customs office for details and regularly check your emails for customs requests and updates.

IMPORTANT: If customs fees are refused and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

  • BUTR & MILK is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed over to the postal service.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of returns or exchanges.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving your parcel.

  • For returns, exchanges, or refunds, please review our Returns Policy.

  • If a customer enters incorrect shipping details and the item is returned to sender, a re-shipping fee will be required.
